At American Pain Institute, we receive patients on a referral basis only. This means that we must receive a doctor referral from your current primary care physician or other eligible medical professional along with any prior office notes and imaging. We try and make this process as streamlined and simple as possible. You will find a link on our website under Referring Physician where your physician can complete all necessary forms and submit your medical information. Once the office receives this information, we will contact you to gather any remaining information and schedule your first appointment.
